Clear delivery pricing before you order. Standard delivery for eligible everyday products is free. Free branch pickup is also available. Live birds and specialist or freight equipment use a separate delivery quote because their transport requirements depend on the item and destination.
Free standard delivery
Eligible standard products can be delivered across Ghana at no delivery charge. At checkout, choose Free standard delivery. The team will call or WhatsApp you after ordering to confirm your destination, landmark and delivery details.
- Delivery charge: GHS 0.00
- Estimated delivery time: 1–6 business days after the delivery details are confirmed
- Coverage: Ghana, including Accra, Kumasi, Sunyani and other serviceable towns
Free branch pickup
You can collect eligible orders from an agreed branch at no charge. The team will confirm the collection branch and time after the order is placed.
Specialist and freight products
Live birds, incubators, cages, heavy machinery and other specialist items may need dedicated transport. These products are clearly separated from the standard-delivery catalogue. When a cart contains one of these items, checkout shows Specialist delivery — cost confirmed before dispatch. The team will explain the available transport options and obtain your agreement before dispatch. Branch pickup remains free where the product can be collected safely.
Optional faster or third-party transport
If you choose express or third-party transport instead of the free standard option, any extra cost is optional and will be explained and agreed with you before dispatch. No additional mandatory delivery charge is added later to an order that qualifies for free standard delivery.
