Product information
We try to keep product names, descriptions, prices, images and availability accurate. Product packaging, supplier presentation, batch details or availability may change from time to time. We will contact you if a product you ordered is unavailable, substituted, delayed or requires special handling.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Ghana cedis unless stated otherwise. Online orders may be paid by the payment methods made available at checkout. Card or mobile-money details are processed by our payment provider; PoultInn does not store full card details. Where a quote or manual confirmation is required, the order is not final until PoultInn confirms price, stock, delivery details and payment instructions.
Delivery and pickup
PoultInn delivers eligible orders nationwide within Ghana. Delivery cost, timing and handling requirements may depend on the destination, product type, stock location and order size. Delivery terms are explained in our Shipping and Delivery policy. Pickup may be arranged only after PoultInn confirms the pickup point, collection date and contact person.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
Eligible returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy. Some products, including live birds, day-old chicks, opened veterinary medicines, vaccines, feed and temperature-sensitive items, have special rules for animal-welfare, safety and storage-integrity reasons.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing a correct name, phone number, city or town, delivery location and order details. Please inspect goods at handover and report shortages, visible damage or wrong items within the timeframe stated in our policies.
Acceptable use of this website
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout or payment systems, copy content for unlawful use, or submit false orders, false payment information or misleading customer details.
Accounts and loyalty features
Where customer profiles, purchase history or loyalty features are available, they are provided to help customers track purchases and receive eligible rewards. PoultInn may correct loyalty balances where a sale is refunded, cancelled, voided or entered in error.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, PoultInn is not responsible for indirect losses, business interruption, lost profit or losses caused by incorrect customer information, delayed third-party delivery services, supplier shortages, weather, road conditions, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our website, products, services, providers or legal requirements change. The updated effective date will appear at the top of this page.

PoultInn provides the directory only to help farm owners and job seekers connect. Unless expressly stated, we are not the employer, recruitment agent, guarantor or representative of either party, and we do not guarantee identity, qualifications, experience, conduct, availability or suitability.
Farm owners are responsible for interviews, references, lawful identity verification, background checks, employment terms, workplace safety and all other due diligence. Applicants are responsible for the truth and lawfulness of the information they submit. Suspicious, misleading or unsafe profiles may be refused or removed.
